3. Bookings, Cancellations, & Lateness

Appointments can be booked via the booking link provided on this website, which routes to our secure partner platform, Fresha. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message or email.

• Cancellation Policy: We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or failure to show up for an appointment, will be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the treatment cost.

• Late Arrival Policy: If you arrive late for an in-person appointment, your treatment time may be shortened to ensure the next client is not delayed. The full service fee will still apply.

• Studio Rights: SKINBODYBEAUTY by Lisette reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments under exceptional circumstances. In such rare cases, you will be notified immediately and offered an alternative slot.

4. Online Consultations

Online skincare consultations are conducted securely via video call. By booking an online consultation, you confirm that you are resident in the United Kingdom and are 18 years of age or older.
